What we will do in the 4 sessions
Session 1: The Language Beyond Words
Understand what your child and you are going through, and how to support without getting stuck in power struggles.
Session 2: Somatic Regulation and Grounding
Learn to calm in real time through the body, breath, and nature.
Session 3: Imagination and Creativity
Use art, coloring, and imagination to reduce anxiety and find a safe inner place.
Session 4: Play as a Tool for Growth and Connection
Discover how play strengthens bonds, lowers tension, and builds cooperation.
